Mandrake 9.2 and LG CD Drives

I saw a post on the Club forum about that, didn't work because it needed
to access the *old* firmware 1st, which was apparently fried.

I'm not in a *huge* hurry to upgrade in any case, my system is doing
everything I want it to right now (I just watched Reign of Fire, not a
bad flick, but for a movie about Dragons, you don't get to see very
many, LOL!).

I wonder if there'll be a 9.3 before a 10.0?
