   Pegasoft has been looking at running temporary
Linux-based seminars at other people's computer facilities.
A Knoppix boot seems like a good compromise for getting real
software to the students and also satisfying the
administration that their existing set-ups won't be damaged.

   There are still a lot of COTS sites around where Linux or
BSD will still be a very difficult sell; along with being
computing-empowered, your students should be aware of this,
too.
