Just because some court run by lawyers and other people dependent on the
government's laws for their money says something is illegal does not
mean it is.  Courts, unfortunately, discriminate against businesses
while favoring the individuals. After all, it is the individuals who
support the government, so the courts want to support the individuals.
However, it is the businesses that support the economy, not the government.
