I am using istop. Quite happy so far, have had a few outages but most of them
may have been problems with my firewall (LEAF install with too little ram).

Yesterday morning (from 03:00 to 06:00) there were frequent outages ... I
didn't investigate but I had a feeling that there may have been routing
changes going on. Anyway, I have a static IP and at a significant saving
over Bell, I did not opt for an SLA, I've been with istop for a month and I'm
happy so far.
