pine ./build DEBUG=-g lnp works on ppclinux

Thanks, Byron... I spent most of two days trying to figure why pine 
didn't build.  Arrgggh!  And then you say the magic words, and poof! like 
magic, it works.

8))))  now I don't have to re-familiarize myself with a new mailreader.
