[GTALUG] GitLab plans to delete dormant projects in free accounts

Understanding Space costs $$ . But this is somewhat silly since there are a
lot of good projects out there that are dead(no new updates) but still very
much useful.
1 yr is nothing. Maybe if it was a 10 yr old project I can see that.
