[GTALUG] Command doesn't work in script but works on command line?

Sorry I don't understand what you  mean. In one case I am running a command
in a script and activating it via a mouse click and the other case I am
running the command directly on the command line. Running the script on the
command line is giving the same results as  running the command on the
command line. ie. it works.
