[GTALUG] Can't rename files in Files

If you type nautilus in a shell you will find it opens the 'Files' ... :-)
Try it.

Usually when you have input/output errors your harddrive may have developed
bad sectors
or the file itself may be corrupt.

I tried your exact filename with the '?' and mv and cp both work fine for
me. No issues.
