which they tell me should happen within a few weeks.

If you're not familiar with LibrePlanet, the main page does link to the 
upstream event's page (https://libreplanet.org/2020/) -- but maybe I should 
make that link more prominent, especially until speakers are announced.

For sure, the website is the main source of information.  The wiki is for 
any "extras" that maybe don't fit on the website or that the community might 
want to edit (such as the page with tips about places to stay).
