[GTALUG] Oculus Quest now available

Demand has outstripped supply by far more than FB expected. Reviews for the
device have been almost universally glowing.

Supply issues have been a problem worldwide since before Xmas, and
virus-caused disruption at the Chinese factories that make it certainly
aren't helping.
