party  without  the  written  consent  of  Rogers.  For  example,  you 
cannot provide  Internet  access  to  others  through  a dial  up 
connection,  host shell  accounts  over  the  Internet,  provide 
e-mail  or  news  service,  or send  a  news  feed."
