[GTALUG] a simple security solution?

Again I am appreciative.
I am adding a third question.
Given the importance of this task to me and the non inclusiveness of some 
other  options i. e. my main phone is a land line, and my cell a 
flip..how much  am I willing to pay  a more devoted person to configure 
the raspberry pi after gathering the materials?

The situation motivating my finding such a tool may mean a fair amount to 
the right talent.
