Kabul Express is a pretty good idea; it is very much "location convenient"
and hits various other desirable points, being quiet enough, spacious enough,
reasonably priced, and having counter service so people can arrive gradually.

Someone should take a look at Tacos 101 to see if it works, but I think
I'd rather plan for Kabul...
