I was looking at the same tablet to replace my Nexus 7 2013. Apparently
Nougat is now available as an update, so software wise it is not
obsolete. Plus, I found out that it is a pretty pristine Android
experience with very little bloatware. Great for the price with a decent
tablet with a microSD slot.
