For a technical discussion, answering each point makes a lot of sense
after it is made.  Top posting is incomprehensible for anything with
more than one idea in it.

So while top posting may be just fine in business email, it sucks for
a technical list (which I sure consider this one to be).

Just because outlook can't be configured to let you do email properly
doesn't mean top posting is a good system.
