[GTALUG] How to repeat a char in a line? (on Windows)

It's 480 at the moment, but it can change.  And, no, it's not cheating,
as long as THEY can get it done on their Windows.

Thanks for pointer to Notepad.  It never occured to me.  I was looking
for DOS scripts.  I got it to count to 480:
    for /L %i in (1,1,480) do echo M >> out.txt
but I can find DOS equivalent to "echo -n M".
