Oh it was not a typo, just bad writing.

HDMI 3 is HDMI port number 3.  The display has 3 HDMI ports.  Ports 1 and
2 are HDMI 1.4, while port 3 is HDMI 2.0.  So you can only get 4k 60Hz on
one of the inputs, while you are limited to 30Hz on the other two inputs.
