It's Asus H97-PLUS.  Checking the specs again, it can do 4096x2160 @24Hz.  I thought you need at least 60Hz?--William

Yes a 450 can not do it.  Need at least a 6xx series to do it at 30Hz
on HDMI and 60Hz displayport.

Which motherboard?  Bioth ASrock and Gigabyte list HDMI with 4kx2k on
HDMI at 24Hz with H97 boards.
