The Microsoft store!
<http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msca/en_CA/pdp/productID.332497100>

I don't know if it is available in their bricks and mortar stores, but it
is available online with free delivery (and free returns).

$47.00 Canadian (less than US$35, the nominal and never discounted
price from authorized distributors in the US)!

Comes with an 8GB Micro SD card containing Windows 10 IoT.
(Consider this a free bonus, with a defect that is easily remedied.)

The page spends more ink on Linux than Windows.

They don't seem to offer cases, power supplies, or other accessories.

The picture shows a thing that is the size and shape of an SD card
with as raspi logo (as well as a MicroSD card). But the Raspberry Pi
2 can't use an SD card. Perhaps it is a superfluous MicroSD to SD converter.

(Older Raspberry Pi versions use an SD card, but I don't think that
they can use Win 10 IoT.)
