If you don't have the rails, then that's a totally different problem.
Those you have to get from the manufacturer of the product to mount.
I think most rack mountable stuff comes with the rails so you should
already have them.  If you buy used stuff, then that could be a problem
I guess.

Once you have the rails that match the device, then in the case of the
HP rack, some M6 screws should be all you need as far as I can tell.
Probably 2 screws per corner for most rails, so 8 screws per device.
Some larger devices might need 16 screws if they have mounts at both
the top and bottom for their rails.
