[GTALUG] Open source router with http login

I believe both pfsense and m0n0wall have "captive portal" support.

Both will run off a flash card, pfsense needs a little more hardware
(but not much) than m0n0wall does.

They run on certain embedded platforms, and generic intel boxes.
