Well certainly the intel wifi on my thinkpad has a fully open driver,
but also has some firmware loaded into the wifi chip's processor that
is not free.

But at least it is not like the old early intel where you had to run a
radio manager in user space that was a binary blob.  They did eventually
fix that.
