Weekend project: Dovecot+Solr for searchable email

If anyone's tempted to try Recoll for full ~-dir indexing, be advised
that its initial index will bring your computer to a crawl. This text is
appearing on my screen at the same speed as a 300 baud modem simulator,
and I'm running a quad-core i7.
