There's a built-in developer tool in desktop Firefox to simulate
various screen sizes called "Responsive Design View". Press
CTRL+SHIFT+M to constrain the Firefox display to a particular size.
There are some standard sizes, but you can add your own custom screen
size.

I don't know how you'd do CTRL+SHIFT+M on a tablet or phone, though.
Desktop Firefox has a menu option under "Web Developer, Responsive
Design View".
