Check out http://mailinator.com for on-the-fly disposable e-mail
addresses.

I find that some sites refuse to allow @mailinator.com addresses, but
there are a few aliases (like @spamgoes.in), and TIL you can point the
MX for your own domain to mail.mailinator.com and get a personalized
spam bucket!
