MTP on Ubuntu

Thanks for all the suggestions. Looks like AirDroid wins it, and it will
be what I use from now on. It's really only my Nexus 4 that has MTP
problems; my Nexus 7 and an MTP camera work fine.

Sorry I'll be missing the Beaglebone talk tonight. Sounds like fun.
