And not just books; in the case of online/distance courses:

"Other provisions will facilitate distance learning by permitting
institutions to communicate lessons to the public over the Internet
for educational or training purposes, subject to any digital locks and
as long as the lessons are destroyed within thirty days of conclusion
of a course."
