How do you Combine pdfs to a single print job?

I don't think that will combine jobs. I suspect if pdf1 has 3 pages,
then you will get pdf1 on two sheets of paper, with a blank page on the
second sheet, and then pdf2 starting on a new sheet of paper.
I didn't test it, but that is what I expect would happen.
