You'd be replying in plain text to a plain text e-mail, just as you
usually do. 'w3m -dump' renders HTML as text. It shows you how to do
this in the Mutt manual, §5.3:
http://www.mutt.org/doc/manual/manual-5.html#ss5.3
(which refers to the older lynx, which may or may not be able to render
tables these days.)
