(question) Ethernet cable wiring

For cables, I have three sources depending on the demands of quality and
speed.

Best quality, reasonable cost, (if you but any quantity, but shipping for
singles is outrageous): Monoprice.
Best price, decent quality: Chinese eBay stores, if you can wait a month.
Fastest speed, reasonable prices: Canada Computers or NCIX

Sayal is also good but it's not very convenient to me.
