| My wireless connection goes to 0Mbps for about 2 second every 2 minutes.
| I used to blame it on flaky hardware, driver, or something. But, now
| that 3.8.3 kernel is stable ('dmesg' is very quiet), it may be my router
| or my ISP (Teksavvy).
|
| Anyone notice a similar 2min cycle on their wireless throughput?

That sounds like the kind of time it takes router firmware to reboot.
Could it be crashing and rebooting?

If you have a wired connection to the router, does it display the same
pauses?

Is there a connection that avoids the router? If so, is it still
active?
