English keyboard on Lenovo/Toshiba laptop?

I bought an E520 last year that has a U.S. Keyboard.  A friend also 
bought a ThinkPad a bit earlier, as it came with the proper English 
keyboard.  IIRC, the Lenovo she had considered didn't.  So perhaps the 
thing to do is go for a ThinkPad, rather than just Lenovo.  If all else 
fails, buy a computer from the U.S..
