Bufferbloat -- it really works

Hi,

Yesterday meeting was VERY useful.  Thanks to the presenters (Drew,
David, Bill, and Chris), particularly to David for his Bufferbloat
presentation.

I checked my DD-WRT, and enabled (under QoS).
    - "HFSC" packet scheduler
    - "FQ_CODEL" queuing discipline
It really worked.  I had 10 torrent, 2 rsync, and 1 http download going,
and still able to browse the web.
