Web hosting recommendations

https://www.nearlyfreespeech.net/ is the one I recommend when all you
need is SSH, Apache, PHP, and MySQL.It's a pay-for-what-you-use model.

I use it as a backup for a bunch on my static websites and it costs
around $30 a year.
