Again, do you actually need a static address or just a consistent host 
name.  Do your customers reach you via IP address or host name?  I get 
DNS service through Google Apps for $10/year.  I created an alias on it 
that points to the long host name I get from Rogers.  I also have AAAA 
records on it for my IPv6 addresses.
