mini ITX board for router

This seems like a reasonable board to build a router out of: it has two 1G 
ethernet ports:

CPU: Celeron 1037u (low power consumption, reasonable crunch)
No USB 3 :-(

$95 + 11:28 shipping + tax

(I've not tried to shop for ITX cases and power supplies.)
