Support help needed in Markham

Is there anyone on this list in or near the Markham area who can give on
site support to someone? There is somebody that I support who has a
bootup problem that I can't diagnose remotely. Since I live in
Kitchener, it is hard for me to get to his place quickly. Familiarity
with Mageia 3 would be helpful.
