I'm not sure if you'll be able to find an effective solution against spam.
Everything is such a mess right now. I tried many solutions, incluind
SpamAssassin, but couldn't really be "free" of spams.
In fact, not even close to it.
Never tried dspam, so I can't tell about it, but I think it's hard to
believe that this would be a real solution against spam. :/
