I know someone who went down the same path :)
on talking to Rogers about the high cost, to make a long story short , to
keep the customer, specials, etc, where put in place to
cut cost by 1/2 to receive the same tv/internet services. Its amazing how
these companies will magically have massively different pricing if you
express a
need to leave.
