  I read the article, and it specifically stated that the redirect would
be done by code on the website, not via a hijack by the ISP.  That's not
a problem per se.  What worries me is that, just like regular web ads,
it'll well great at first, and then effectiveness will tail off... and
that the response would be to push more of these ads all over the place.
