Tumbleweed is a rolling update distribution, so upgrading is ongoing.
I've upgraded an openSUSE desktop in place with zypper and it worked, but
it was less mature than Debian for sure. Debian's been doing it the longest
by far, so it stands to reason that they'd be the best at it.
