$40 with Wind for unlimited calling, data, long distance, and text.
Geographically speaking things are a bit limited. I've chewed through
5GB of data numerous times while working in Barrie (I tether with VPN
for work) and the only penalty is a speed decrease. No overage fees.

I couldn't be happier with them.
