Fedex charge brokerage fees but they are much more reasonable than UPS,
especially if you can get the shipper to do the appropriate cross-border
paperwork and include it on the outside of the package. If you can get the
shipper to use USPS (US Postal Service) then there will be no brokerage
charges at all.
