Linux Bootable UDF

Hi!

Do you know how to make a writable (packet writing) UDF media 
(such as UDF-formatted USB flash drive or DVD+RW formatted for 
packet writing) bootable under Linux?

I did some Google search but cannot find anything into that 
direction. Grub 2 said it support UDF, but refuse to install on 
an UDF media (grub2-install failed with error).
