(question) 3 antenna wireless card -- work with only 1 antenna?

I have used two early model Linksys WRT-54G (Linux capable) routers
re-flashed with DD-WRT Linux to do wireless bridging (not quite what
you are asking, but close). As long as you can live with the speed
limits of 802.11g this is a good solution.
