RIP Linuxcaffe?

When I worked in the domain industry (up until May 2011), there was no
mention of needing a passport to register a .CA domain.  That may have been
the case previously, but it is no longer a requirement.  It's different if
you're changing the information on a domain (i.e. your e-mail address is no
longer valid), but registering it is a much simpler process.
