The TTC bylaws regarding the use of transfers are Draconian, nonsensical and business unfriendly.

Regardless of the policies, you chose to force the drivers to suit you.  
I have known of those policies for many, many years, even though it's 
been a very long time since I used the TTC to commute.

BTW, IIRC, the transfer policies are printed on each and every one of them.
