Samba issues - Any one see anything odd

The logs above are from syslog and were the one that was  triggered by
smbclient  when I had done "tail -f /var/log/syslog" This being
Ubuntu, the same logs appears on the message file, so posting it would
be a duplicate

On the client side, I am essentially getting access denied.
