Rather specialized ones:
* WindFarm: <http://www.resoft.co.uk/>
* WindPRO: <http://www.emd.dk/WindPRO/Frontpage>
* PVsyst: <http://www.pvsyst.com/>

WindFarm and WindPro use elaborate Hasp key encryption. The
predecessor of WindPro used to run on Linux. PVsyst has something in
the README about how to get it to run under Wine, but that's cheating.

There is one open wind farm design package - AWS openWind
<http://awsopenwind.org/> - but it's limited to small projects.
