One problem with the Micros~1 attacks is their claims are vague and they
require the victim to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Given that
patents are supposed to be publicly available, why the non-disclosure?
Patent infringementclaims should be fully documented up front and
non-disclosure in them agreements banned.
